A fine Regency country house, situated just outside the village of Ash, 15 minutes from Canterbury and Dover and 5 minutes from Pfizers. It has been the home of the Gunn family for over 30 years. The house is set in four acres of lovely gardens and paddocks and is surrounded by farmland.
The house has an elegant drawing room, which leads off an imposing hallway, and a garden
door that opens onto a pretty terrace, where it is possible to have tea and drinks in the summer.
There is also a hard tennis court which guests can use. Free wi-fi available.

The Salutation is something rather unusual. Filling the gap between Hotel and Bed & Breakfast, the accommodation allows you to enjoy the luxury and comfort of a 5 Star Hotel, whilst at the same time allowing you the comfort and privacy of a private home.
Each room is fitted as one would expect, with Sky TV, Safe along with one or two further luxuries. The beds are all furnished with Duck Down duvets, pillows and feather toppers, giving the sensation of sleeping on a cloud.
